Hi there! Looks like you are interested in getting some sweet stuff! Before you purchase, here are a list of some FAQ's you may be having.
What payment types are accepted?
All payment types are accepted, along with PayPal.
How are the stickers made?
Western Watercolors stickers are designed by Rachel Hales Western and are printed, cut, and shipped all from home.
Can I get a custom sticker/art piece?
Artists available for custom work are listed on our Artists of Western Watercolors page.
Can I get a discount if I order more than one?
We often have discounts and coupon codes. Make sure to be following on Instagram to get the latest deals!
How long does shipping take?
Because of COVID, shipping times have been delayed. Standard shipping is not sent with tracking and can take up to 5 business days for US orders, and up to 15 days for international orders. Upgraded shipping will include tracking, and is around 3 business days to be delivered.
How is my product shipped?
For all physical products, orders will be shipped via USPS.
What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
Western Watercolors is not responsible for customs that are lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival. If your item is lost, you may file a claim with USPS with your tracking number. It is up to you to upgrade to tracked shipping if you want protection/insurance on your order.
