Pets by Poe is the stationary/art shop of Rachel Hales. It all started in 2015 as Dream Come True Designs. Rachel started out doing watercolor architectural paintings and things quickly took a turn to stickers and custom pet portraits. Formally as Western Watercolors LLC in 2019, the company strove to provide fun and cute pieces - whether they be prints, stickers, or more! Now as Pets by Poe (inspired by Rachel's first dog), the company focuses on animals and their relationship to us and in the world.
